- In this Notice, reference to “Lesaka”, “the Group”, “Organisation”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Lesaka Technologies, Inc. group of companies or legal entities operating in South Africa. “You” or “your” refers to customers, data subjects, users or any individual whose personal information we may process. At Lesaka, we're driven by a deep purpose - to provide financial services and other business services, to Southern Africa’s underserviced consumers and merchants, improving people’s lives and increasing financial inclusion in the markets in which we operate.
- Lesaka empowers underserviced Southern African consumers and merchants to fulfil their potential by delivering innovative financial services and other business services focussed on their specific needs.
- We achieve this through our ability to efficiently digitalise commerce by providing a full-service fintech platform and facilitating the secular shift from cash to digital that is currently taking place - one customer, one business, and one community at a time.
- We leverage our proprietary banking, payment and software technology to deliver responsible, efficient, and scalable software solutions to our customers including transactional accounts (banking), lending, insurance, cash management solutions, card acceptance, supplier payments, software services and bill payments.
- To provide you with efficient and seamless services, we may combine and use your personal information across Lesaka Group entities, platforms and service channels, where we have a lawful basis to do so.
